How Middle Mile Works
Step 1: Connect your store
Install our Shopify plugin and choose the products you want Middle Mile to fulfill. Orders flow in automatically, tracking flows back out, and you manage everything from our straightforward dashboard inside Shopify, not a giant 3PL portal or a folder of spreadsheets.
Step 2: Send inventory into our network
We identify what and where you need to send inventory to stock us. It lives closer to your customers, not just in your garage or a single storage unit. Our operators are vetted, trained, and follow clear SOPs and packing standards.
Step 3: We fulfill, you grow
Our network aims for same-day fulfillment on incoming orders (before 4pm), with on-time shipping rates >99% and error rates near 0%. You stop spending nights packing boxes and start spending your time on product, marketing, and customers.
